Terms, conditions and privacy policy

By using The Architect of Predictions (TAP) application, you agree to the terms of this agreement. Please refrain from using the application if you do not consent to these terms.

  1. TAP does not store any financial data of its users in any form, electronic or otherwise.
  2. Analytics may be collected by Apple for users who have opted-in to share their analytics with Apple. This is used for necessary improvements and enhancements. No personal data is gathered during this process.
  3. While TAP stores user inputs for its functionality, these inputs are private and not accessible by the app developers or any third parties.
  4. TAP provides a subscription service named "TAP PRO". The features of TAP PRO are subject to change at any time, with or without notice. As a subscriber, your continued use of the application following such changes will constitute your acceptance of them.
  5. TAP generates images based on user-provided information. The user assumes full responsibility for the legality and rights to use of any images or content provided.
  6. TAP PRO allows integration with third-party applications, including WikiTest, Inject, and Earworm. These apps require internet access to function, and TAP's developers assume no responsibility for their operation or infrastructure. Please refer to each respective application for their terms and conditions.
  7. While TAP primarily operates offline, the integration with third-party applications requires online connectivity. The creators of TAP cannot be held accountable for any downtime or subsequent effects with these third-party applications.
  8. Refunds for the TAP application are processed by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
  9. The creators of TAP reserve the right to alter the product, price, features, and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. New or additional terms may be imposed on your use of this service.
  10. Users are prohibited from attempting to reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, decompile, modify, combine, adapt, create derivative works or updates, or seek to obtain the source code of the TAP application, or any part of it, without the prior written consent of the creators.
  11. Broadcasting of any part of TAP through television is strictly prohibited without written consent from its creators. Violation of this term may result in termination of your TAP access.
